Plenty of videos of it on YT, it's from some "Hashiriya" FiveM server.
I'm clueless on how to save maps from FiveM servers so if somebody could do it, that'd be superb. I really love that map!

It work map,in the first video he sells the game or the head or some part if you need it,or buy a map from him for single player mode
